Michael joined Emerald Clinical as Chief Executive Officer in Oct 2026. Having previously worked as COO for 6 years at Novotech and as CEO at PPC Group for 3 years while he was Senior Advisor, Healthcare for TPG Capital Asia.

Michael has over 30 years CRO experience, with 22 years experience in regional and global operations and strategic roles for IQVIA. Leading the growth and development of the Clinical Development Services group across Asia Pacific, establishing operations in a number of new geographies across the region. In addition, Michael lead a number of global operational transformations and system implementations.

Michael holds a Master of Science from Sydney University.
