Chantal leads our Project Delivery function across Asia Pacific, overseeing operational performance, customer success, organisational growth, and delivery excellence. Based in the region, she brings more than 25 years of experience in clinical research, drug development, and organisational leadership. Prior to joining Emerald Clinical, Chantal held senior leadership roles with leading global CROs, including Fortrea, Labcorp Drug Development, Covance, and Parexel, managing regional and global clinical trial programs across multiple therapeutic areas, with particular expertise in Oncology and Renal research. Her collaborative leadership style, commitment to developing high-performing teams, and focus on innovation and customer partnerships are instrumental in delivering exceptional outcomes for clients, sites, and patients.
