With more than 25 years of experience in clinical research, drug development, and organisational leadership, she oversees Project Delivery across Asia Pacific, driving operational performance, customer success, organisational growth, and project delivery excellence.

Chantal leads regional teams across project management and clinical operations and is committed to building a high-performing, people-focused culture that delivers exceptional outcomes for clients, sites, and patients. She has held senior leadership roles at leading global CROs, including Fortrea, Labcorp Drug Development, Covance, and Parexel, managing regional and global clinical trial programs across multiple therapeutic areas, with particular expertise in Oncology and Renal research.

Known for her collaborative leadership style, Chantal brings a unique end-to-end perspective across both clinical operations and project delivery. She is passionate about developing leaders, fostering innovation, and strengthening customer partnerships across Asia Pacific and globally, while driving the successful delivery of complex clinical research programs.
